Trusting God will often mean that you have know idea how He can
accomplish what needs to be done but you just know that He will do it!! God causes the right things for us to happen at just the right time when we trust Him! No matter what is happening around me-my God is bigger than my circumstances!! Sometimes we can get hung up with the questions: how?when? and why? where God? Those things may remain a mystery for a time in our lives. Some questions go unanswered. Don't worry about the questions but instead make up your minds to TRUST HIM in everything and that you wont give up until you cross the finish line! When its Gods time-you will walk in victories, your hearts desires begin to manifest and you will see your dreams come to pass! His blessings will chase you down and overtake you!! Trust Him!
Verse:Psalm 56:3 When I am afraid, I will put my trust in Him.

1 John 4:7- 21 has much to say on the subject of love. Beloved let us love one another , for love is from God! God is Love!! As He is so are we in this world. He showed us how much He loved us by sending His Son to the cross to pay for our sins.
John 13:34-35 tells us to love others as He has loved us, and by doing that others will know that we are His disciples. I think about that verse often. I so want others to see Jesus in me, for others to desire a relationship with Jesus because of me! And when we love and give to others-they will know we are His. On Monday nights for the past 9 years I head to the Juvenile detention center where I teach a Bible study to the incarcerated youth. I love and have a heart for these kids and believe that God has such great plans for them if they will choose Him-choose His plans and His way!!. I have been so blessed to share my Jesus with these kids and see so many hearts be touched and changed by Gods love.
You cant talk about love without mentioning 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 love is patient love is kind, and is not jealous; love does not brag and is not arrogant, does not act unbecomingly;it does not seek its own, is not provoked, does not take into account a wrong suffered, does not rejoice in unrighteousness but rejoices with the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails.
We use these words as a standard by which we can compare our own behavior and check our love walk. But we can also look at these verses and get a clear picture of how God-who is love- will respond to us. We serve a loving Heavenly Father who loves and cherishes us and who has called us to love others and show off His love to this world we live in. What are you going to do today to show off Gods love?
The Hebrew word for wisdom is "hokmah" which means "skill for living." Using wisdom is applying what you know to your life. We want to draw on Gods wisdom found in the scriptures and apply it to our every day! To do this we must study the word daily. God told Joshua in (Joshua 1:8) to study the book of the law continually, to meditate(or think about ) on it day and night and to obey all that is written in it, only then would he succeed. I love this verse.
James 1:5 says But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all generously and without reproach, and it will be given to him. I'm thankful for that verse and I find myself asking God for wisdom very often! I need wisdom in every area of my life!! God will give us inside information! We have wisdom and insight from God, He will lead us and guide us and help us make wise choices! Just ask Him!
Ive been so blessed in my life to have had the opportunity to go to Israel twice! And I dream of going back!! Shalom!! is understood to mean peace! you will hear it everywhere you go, and you will be saying it yourself by the time you leave. They use it to say hello and a goodbye! The Hebrew word Shalom means completeness, wholeness, health, peace, welfare, safety soundness, tranquility, prosperity, perfectness, fullness, rest, harmony, the absence of agitation or discord. Isaiah 9:6 Peace is not something we seek but Someone! Ephesians 2:14 Says that He Himself is our peace. 1 Corinthians 14:33 says that God is the author of our peace. So many things can happen in a day to try and steal our peace. But He wants us to give Him our cares, worries and failures!! And trust Him that He can and will take care of us!! We are his kids!! One thing I have figured out is that worrying about things doesn't ever fix them. (at this point Id really love to say I never worry!ha!!) But when I catch myself worrying I automatically say to God-I give this problem to you, forgive me, I'm trusting You to help me. His answers and solutions are way better than anything we could ever come up with worrying! And then I will-on purpose- change what I'm thinking about! Today put your eyes and thoughts on Him, seek Peace, pursue and go after it in every area your life!! Shalom yall!
